- Billing information (processed and stored by Stripe; we do not store full payment card details)

- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Referring URLs and session duration
1.3 Automation Metadata
When you create and run automations, we collect metadata about those workflows, including:

- Target URLs and domains involved in your workflows
We do not intentionally collect or store the specific data your automations extract from third-party websites beyond what is necessary to execute and display results within your account.
1.4 Prompts and Automation Inputs
When you create automations using natural language prompts or instructions, we collect and store those inputs. We may use this data in aggregated and de-identified form to improve, train, and refine our AI models and automation capabilities. 2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Process transactions and manage your subscription
- Send you service-related communications (account confirmations, billing notices, security alerts)
- Improve the Service, develop new features, and fix issues, including using prompts and automation inputs to train and refine our AI models
- Monitor for abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms of Service

- Send marketing communications (with your consent, and you can opt out at any time)

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with the following categories of third parties:

We use Stripe to process payments. When you provide payment information, it is transmitted directly to Stripe and handled in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not store your full credit card number.
3.2 Analytics

3.3 Infrastructure Providers

Automation execution logs are retained for up to 12 months to support troubleshooting and account management, after which they are automatically purged.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
