Fair Use Policy
TaskMagic’s offering is subject to our fair use principle. We expect the usage of most of our users to fall within the range of our free (if available) or TaskMagic Paid plans. Our goal is to keep our pricing simple and our limits as permissive as possible. We don’t want you to worry about usage limits and paywalls on unlimited plans.When your usage causes pressure on our infrastructure we will contact you to create a custom plan.
Example of Extensive Usage
Consistently calling high volumes of API requests (1,000+/min or 1,000,000+/month)
Accessing any APIs other than those provided to run your automation as intended
If your customer support tickets (email or support forms) represent 2% or greater of all tickets for a given period (day/week/month) you may be asked to pay for an email support plan and/or pay for 1:1 sessions, or risk losing access to email support.
TaskMagic Team team/collaboration plans. The TaskMagic Team subscription plans are meant for use by a single organization. Sharing TaskMagic Team and collaboration functionality with individuals or businesses outside the registered organization is strictly prohibited. This policy ensures the integrity of the service and maintains a consistent user experience. Violation of this policy may result in the suspension or termination of the TaskMagic subscription.
