Fair Use Policy
Last updated: March 23, 2026
This Fair Use Policy ("Policy") outlines what constitutes acceptable use of the TaskMagic platform and its resources. It supplements our Terms of Service and is designed to ensure a reliable, fair experience for all users. By using TaskMagic, you agree to comply with this Policy.
1. Fair Use of Credits
TaskMagic subscription plans include a set number of automation credits per billing period. Credits are intended for normal, productive business automation. Fair use means:
- Using credits for automations that serve a legitimate business purpose
- Running workflows at reasonable frequencies appropriate to their purpose
- Not artificially inflating credit usage to exploit platform resources
- Not running automations designed primarily to consume credits without productive output
1.1 Credit Abuse
We monitor for patterns that indicate credit abuse, including but not limited to:
- Running identical automations in rapid succession with no meaningful variation
- Creating automations that loop indefinitely or generate excessive resource consumption
- Using multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits
- Automating credit-earning or referral schemes
If we detect unusual credit consumption patterns, we may contact you for clarification, throttle your account, or suspend automations that appear to violate this Policy.
