Lifetime upgrade window closes September 1
TaskMagic
New · Tier 7

Your clients log in.
They never see TaskMagic.

White label is live. Your name, your colors, your logo, your subdomain — and a client login that shows only the dashboards you built them, not the automations behind them.

The full setup — branding, custom domain, and locking a client down to dashboards only. 6:01.

Setup

Three things to configure, once

It lives in Settings → White label.

1

Your brand

Set the name, pick your color, upload your logos and icons. Everywhere a client would have seen TaskMagic, they see you instead.

2

Your domain

Point a subdomain — say automation.yourcompany.com — at TaskMagic with a CNAME to app.taskmagic.com plus a TXT record to verify it. Add both at your DNS provider, click Check DNS, and give it a few minutes to go green.

3

Your permissions

Invite a client or team member as admin, editor or viewer — then click the shield icon to override any individual permission: view flows, view connections, view runs, view tables, and so on.

The part agencies care about

Sell the outcome. Keep the machinery.

Turn every permission off except viewing dashboards, and the person you invited can't build automations, can't see your automations, can't see your run history, can't see your connections — and can't spend your credits.

What they get instead is the page you built them, under your brand: the live result of the work, refreshing on its own. Kyle's example is a Skool-member progress dashboard — the client sees a clean picture of their numbers and has no idea what's producing it.

And it doesn't have to be read-only. You can put forms and trigger-an-automation controls on that page, so a client can kick off work themselves — still without ever seeing the flow that runs.

This is the piece that turns a lifetime license into something you can charge for monthly. The automation is your product; the dashboard is what you deliver; the branding is what makes it yours.
The honest part

White label is a Tier 7 feature

Cloud and dashboards are on every tier. This one isn't. White label unlocks at Tier 7 and it's off below that — so before you plan around it, here's exactly what it would cost you.

Your tier nowWhat you paidTo reach Tier 7 you pay
Tier 1$89$2,410
Tier 2$169$2,330
Tier 3$369$2,130
Tier 4$639$1,860
Tier 5$1,099$1,400
Tier 6$1,699$800

Tier 7 is $2,499 and every dollar you've already paid comes off it. The upgrade page shows your exact number.

That's a real number and we're not going to dress it up. If white label is a nice-to-have, it isn't worth it — Cloud and dashboards are already yours on the tier you own today, and those two alone cover most of what people wanted this week.

Where it does make sense is if you're billing clients. One retainer usually covers the difference, and after that the branded login is just part of what you sell rather than a cost you carry. That's the whole calculation — do the automations you build make you money from other people, or not?

What else lands with Tier 7: 300,000 app credits a month (up to ~100 hours of cloud browser time), unlimited tables, flows, connections and team members, MCP access, and BYOK — bring your own API key once your volume makes that the cheaper way to run.

Upgrade for the difference — until September 1

Your original purchase price credits in full toward any higher tier, so you only pay the gap — and on top of that, a one-time grant of bonus AI credits lands the moment you arrive on the new tier. Both close on September 1. This is an upgrade window, not a standing offer: when it ends, the upgrade page comes down.
